What are the costs?

Our services have no hidden fees and it’s very straightforward. You can choose to pay at an hourly rate which is about $6-16/hour depending on your needs. We handle all of the payments to the VA along with the other HR items, so all you need to worry about is the monthly invoice. The first month of service is half-price to ensure that everything goes well and everyone is comfortable with the setup. And there is no long-term contract. We just ask for a 30 day notice if there is a need to change.

What are the steps to find a virtual assistant through Yoked Staff?

We will schedule a call with you to learn more about your needs and expectations. You will also be able to learn more about us. We will then take that information and come up with a few options that we feel are a good fit for you. At that point we will set up a time where you can meet each one and decide which one you would like to go with. After that, we assist in setting up the training that is needed, provide all the HR documents that are required, and assure that everything is good to go.

 

What hours and time zone do the virtual assistants work?
